This Kedron residence needed a few upgrades. Decks and associated balustrades had rotten timber and needed to be replaced. Internally the client was wanting to bring the main bathroom out of the heritage style to have a more current feel.

This extensive alfresco projects included master planning of yard, pool, patio and extension of exiting living area. This difficult site required extensive retaining to adjacent properties in order to maximize the land usage for functional areas. VPG's in house design team worked with the client to develop all areas whilst ensuring the new works were in keeping with the existing design aesthetic. Construction was challenging and some of the design proposal including alfresco fireplace were postponed for future works.

This full renovation project was Designed and Built by VPG Projects. The scope included house raise and reposition, extension and build under, as well as the addition of a new pool, seeing the once modest 3 bed 1 bath cottage converted to a 5 bed 3 bath family home. Expansive living areas, generous decks and entertainers kitchen complete with butlers pantry provided all the modern conveniences expect it a home of this nature.
