This expansive medical clinic was in much need of expansion and upgrade. Taking over the adjacent 2 tenancies at Bracken Ridge Plaza enabled VPG projects to design and construct them an additional 4 consultation rooms, enlarged waiting area and modernize the reception area. As an operating practice great care and planning was implemented to ensure the continued operation of the business with minimal disruption.

Workplace design and construction fitout for a real estate agency
located in the prominent New Farm Village precinct. It was rewarding to collaborate with and support a local business and to assist them in transitioning from a small space to an
office 5 times as large accommodating up to 12 agents. A crisp, high-end and homely open plan office has been produced, contributing to their increased local presence.

This light and bright 80m2 extension was designed for functionality, budget and integration with the existing tenancy.
The project required the partial removal of the intertenancy wall and consisting of 5 treatment rooms, waiting area, staff room extension and storage spaces. The end result was a functional and economic solution with seamless cohesion between the old and new areas.

Brisbane Harmony Centre, Psychology Clinic

Creating a safe space for clients was the primary aim of this refurbishment. With emphasis on sound proofing and privacy VPG installed acoustic insulation to the internal partitions as well as the existing ceiling cavity. Acoustic grade doors and glazing were also used.
The success of this project was in the perceived simplicity integrating the soundproofing internally and allowing the individual style of each therapist to shine in their individual spaces.

This 124m2 commercial healthcare project incorporates state of the art hearing booths with consultation rooms, client lounge, and reception areas. The carefully designed space provides clientele with not only the best technology but a comfortable ambiance as well. The thoughtful palette and finishes fit with the client’s branding and create a simple, fresh and modern design; pushing the boundaries of traditional healthcare design.

In late 2013, VPG Projects project managed the office fit out of the 250m2 Burger Urge Headquarters in New Farm. With workspace for over 20 people, and a fit out reflecting the core design elements of the client’s brand, the challenging project saw VPG branch into the commercial sector and deliver.
