Company History

The Villari name has been associated with the construction, design and property industries for over 50 years, with the family patriarch, Vito Villari, establishing a successful career as an architect in Queensland in the early 1960’s. Through the late 90’s and early 2000’s, Vito’s children followed suit in similar industries, with their collective experience spanning a broad spectrum of technical and advisory roles including; project management, corporate property advisory, development consulting, quantity surveying, architectural and interior design and building construction.

 

VPG Projects Managing Director, Raymond Villari, formed Villari Property Group, a corporate property advisory and project management consulting firm in 2012, after recognising his families’ extensive property and construction industry related skill set. Raymond’s intention was to provide both corporate and government sector clients with a comprehensive range of property, architectural design and construction consulting advice services.

 

Whilst dealing with clients in an advisory capacity through initial site identification, planning and design phases, Raymond identified that clients were craving continuity in service delivery and that a higher level service could be offered by providing a full service project delivery model. This could be achieved by undertaking the construction of the projects in-house. In 2014 Raymond formed the construction arm of the company, VPG Projects, specialising in commercial office, hospitality and retail shop fit-outs.
